Our previous agent sold his business to Ware and I was rather hesitant about starting all over again with a new agent as it always takes a while for them to get up to speed. We are quite particular about how we like things done, and I'm sure we are not a very easy client to deal with, but Nicola and her team quickly understood our needs and got to work.
